  • Ski on/off access; the condo is slopeside at Pico Mountain.
  • The bus runs from the condo to Killington Resort every hour. The fare is $2 to the mountain and free to return.
  • EV charging is available onsite.
  • The Pico Sports Center in the same complex offers day passes for gym and pool facilities (fees apply).

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed in the property.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed. There is a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The Condo Association enforces quiet hours from 9pm to 8am and a no pet policy. Fines may be issued for violations.
  • Pico Mountain is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays except during peak holiday periods.
  • Winter weather can be unpredictable. No weather-related refunds are offered. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.

Fees and Payments

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
  • $750 fine for unauthorized pets.
  • Fees apply for use of Pico Sports Center facilities.
  • Bus fare to Killington Resort is $2 to the mountain and free to return.

Security, Safety, and Monitoring
